Seahorses were once extinct in the Thames, or nearly so. Now they've come back and they may even be thriving (along with 100 or so more species of pisceans). More here, plus a nice video...

OK. The Home Made Stupid Squad (a moniker aptly used by my friend Jesse) strikes again! Until only recently, digital camcorders that could record videos in a HD resolution were considered an unaffordable luxury good. Though now with HD televisions slowly overrunning the standard models, HD is also becoming the norm for home video.
